PoFolks Restaurant

PoFolks is not trying to charm anybody with the room. It feels like an old Shoney's that kept the fryers on and let time do what time does. The fried chicken is why this works. Crisp, juicy, cheap enough to order too much and call it a plan. Pot roast did its job. Service was decent. Carryout makes more sense for a big group than sitting around studying the walls. We would not go for atmosphere. We would go because fried chicken and a low bill still matter.
