The Urban Stillhouse

The vibe is still the easiest thing to like at The Urban Stillhouse. It is big, dimly lit, and grand. It feels like a whole production. There is also a nice gift shop near the front lobby. The room suits groups and special occasions.

Our first visit in 2023 was great. Now it has gone downhill. It feels overpriced. Way overpriced. Prices run high in general, and mains and drinks can be generous. That does not solve the problem when the bill still feels out of line. Some of the pastas are good. The bison steak is quite nice, but again, very expensive. The drinks are good.

Bottom line: it fell off. Cocktails and bourbon are a broader strength here, and the room still does its part. We hope they make a comeback, lower the prices, and remember what made them popular.
