The Urban Stillhouse

Urban Stillhouse used to be one of the best restaurants in St. Pete, but it’s just not as good as it used to be. The room is still impressive, big, dark, and dramatic, with a little gift shop up front and solid drinks. Some of the pastas are still good, and the bison steak is solid, but the prices have gotten out of hand. It feels like they forgot what made the place work in the first place. We left thinking about the bill, not the food. If they dial it back, maybe it gets back on track.
