Noble Crust of St. Petersburg

Feels like a hipster bar from 2015, but the happy hour cocktails are a steal and the garlic knots are still the move. Brussels sprouts hit. Italian in name, bar and grill in practice.

The review

Our take

We went during happy hour on cocktail Monday, and that is the version that makes the most sense here. Cocktails were $5 each. Fantastic value all around. The room is modern, clean, and casual without feeling intimidating. Noble Crust also has that hipster restaurant from 2015 feeling. It still leans hard on the era of craft cocktails, Brussels sprouts, and truffle everything.

The Meatball Smash Sandwich was fine. The Crispy Brussels Sprouts were actually very good. The truffle fries were decent too. The Skillet Garlic Knots are a must. The menu runs broad and generally lands well across different sections. Even so, it's less like an Italian restaurant and more like a nice bar and grill with some modern Italian American influences.

Still, it is all very good and the value is there. That is the case for going during happy hour. The 2015 energy is real, but so is the appeal when the drinks are $5 and the best part of the meal is the snacky side of the menu.
