Noble Crust of St. Petersburg

Feels like a hipster bar from 2015, but the happy hour cocktails are a steal and the garlic knots are still the move. Brussels sprouts hit. Italian in name, bar and grill in practice.

The review

Our take

Noble Crust feels like a hipster time capsule from 2015. The kind of spot where truffle fries and brussels sprouts blow everyone’s minds. We hit happy hour on cocktail Monday and those $5 cocktails are a great deal. No watered-down garbage. The Meatball Smash Sandwich was just okay. Crispy brussels sprouts were the first thing gone, hot, sweet, salty, and actually good. Truffle fries did their job. The Skillet Garlic Knots are the reason you walk in the door. Don’t expect real Italian, expect an American bar and grill with some Italian influence. Next time, I’m ordering two rounds of knots and sprouts, skipping the sandwich.

What stood out

The crispy Brussels sprouts. Hot, salty, and disappeared fast.
