Our take
Elliott Aster is the one we send people to when they ask for the best dinner in St Pete. The handmade pasta is the point. There are plenty of choices, but the beef cheek tortelli is the plate that keeps winning. Rich, slow, clean enough to not feel heavy for sport. The room is beautiful (think Great Gatsby vibe) and service keeps up. It is not a cheap little pasta night, but it does not feel like robbery either. We would book it again and start with the tortelli.
