Bandit Coffee Co. is where we go when we want coffee without the fluff. They roast their own beans, and it shows in the cold brew and iced lattes. No gimmicks here, just solid coffee drinks with a few seasonal specials and well-crafted house-made syrups. Food's good too, but it's the coffee that pulls us in. The place has a clean, minimalist vibe, and while it might not be cheap, we don't mind paying for something done right.
